Standard operating terms for the tryx402 gateway platform:

Client Governance: Budget ceilings are enforced locally prior to transaction dispatch. The operator retains full legal and technical responsibility for authorized limits.
Idempotency: Handshake retries adhering to standard UUID idempotency keys are guaranteed exactly-once processing on compliant endpoints.
Settlement Rails: Protocol settlements occur directly on-chain (Base/Solana USDC) or through Stripe Checkout fiat balances.
